2. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please verify all information carefully. Orders cannot be modified once processed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

4. Return Eligibility

  • ✔️ Only items that are damaged, expired, or incorrect are eligible for return.
  • 📦 Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
  • 📸 You must provide photo evidence for damaged or incorrect items.
  • 🚫 Perishable products cannot be returned if opened or consumed.

5. Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
